Coordinate the consolidation of shipments for international customers and ensure accuracy and efficiency in the shipping process;
Pull relevant data from various sources and transmit it to freight forwarders for shipment arrangements;
Communicate effectively with Customer Service Representatives and freight forwarders to arrange freight and keep all parties informed;
Collaborate with the warehouse team to schedule dock times for carriers and ensure timely dispatch of shipments;
Provide support for pack and holds from an onsite perspective and manage escalation communications to operations to address issues and maintain scheduled shipments;
Utilize Salesforce to update comments, download attachments, and maintain accurate records of shipping activities
