Yearly Base Salary Range: $61193 to $80995

Office Hours: This is a day shift position (6am - 4pm),
Must-Haves Skills, Education, Experience & Certificates:

• Proficient with 3D design software.
• Industrial experience with machinery.
• Leadership training - experience leading a team.
• BS in engineering, industrial technology, or plastics technology.
• Certificates: 3D Design Software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR). Excel MACROS. Project Management (PMP, PMI).

• Bilingual - English and Spanish.

• The safety and health of employees take precedence over all duties of this job.
• Monitor cycle times and adjust as needed. Maintain accuracy of processes during production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Modify processes as required for product orders.
• Correct errors and work with operators to constantly improve process clarification and effectiveness.
• Conduct mechanical tasks such as process monitoring, sampling and testing, preparing and isolating equipment for maintenance.
• Provide technical support to shift for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ensure equipment and processes meet and sustain standard production outputs.
• Monitor operations process, work, and material flow to ensure quality and customer specifications are met.
• Assist maintenance with preventative maintenance projects.
• Back-up on running presses during breaks, etc., and also backup to shift supervisor.
• Conduct test and trial runs as needed.
• Assist in mold changes and repairs as needed to optimize the molding process.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Train Production Supervisors and other Process Technicians.
• Perform all duties demonstrating the highest level of quality and safety.

• Provide repair and replacement of electrical and/or pneumatic instrumentation and control systems.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing practices for finished goods production.
• Create and manipulate data bases and charts.
• Create and understand Pareto charts.
• Develop projects to improve PPKs throughout the plant.
• Proficient in quality equipment calibration.
• Knowledgeable on Thermoforming process (setup, mechanical and electrical components, pneumatics).
• Create, develop, and maintain recipes on Thermoforming.
• Knowledgeable on Extrusion process (setup, mechanical and electrical components, pneumatics).
• Create, develop, and maintain recipes on Extrusion.
• Detect deficiencies and implement process countermeasures.
• Proficient in Infinity Database, Agile, Vorne, OEE Studio.

• Lead an SPS team.
• Develop blue belt projects.
• Proficient with 3D Design Software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR).
• Manage projects (upgrading equipment, managing contractors).
• Create and run CAA (Capital Projects).
• Propose and implement continuous improvement projects on the production floor.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Implement visual controls and standard work in the department.
• Collaborate with plant and management to improve safety initiatives.
