WarehouseOperator III (Full‑time) - Overnight Shift SHIFT/SCHEDULE
- Week 1:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday - Hours:
5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (12‑hour shift)
Structured 4–5‑day program from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; all new employees complete onboarding during the first week.
POSITION SUMMARYLead warehouse operations by safely operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting team performance. Serve as the subject‑matter expert in cycle counts, train others, and help meet key performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate forklifts and advanced material‑handling equipment
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
- Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems
- Organize and label warehouse storage areas
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment while meeting KPIs
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
- Lead shift meetings and communicate results to goals
- Train team members on job functions and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow
- Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience leading or training others preferred
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Strong organization and time‑management
- Team‑oriented, dependable, and professional
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.00 (including a $3.00 hourly shift differential). Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
