Maintenance Supervisor - Evening Shift

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will drive operational excellence across departments and shifts. Provide technical leadership, empower your team, promote a safe work environment, and maintain productivity. Guide your team to achieve safety and productivity goals, manage labor and material costs, and oversee work orders using SAP and shift handoff documentation.

• Create a positive, productive environment where each associate can fully contribute and be valued.
• Train and develop associates; build confidence and provide one‑on‑one and team coaching.
• Provide information and resources for decision‑making and problem solving.
• Document incidents requiring disciplinary action.
• Draft procedures, schedule work, and fill out administrative requests.
• Guide the team to reduce technical stoppages in equipment and high‑impact areas.
• Monitor plant/equipment trends and reduce downtime.
• Propose and monitor key performance indicators aligned with Best Maintenance Practices.
• Facilitate the evolution/refinement of Maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Support site as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, understanding Utilities, Facilities, or Production equipment maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience with proven coaching and team development.
• CMRP certification or direct experience in maintenance planning and/or supervision preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in computer systems; experience with SAP or AMM highly desirable.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and coaching skills.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and clarify complex issues.
• Proactive in identifying and recommending improvement opportunities.

The approximate pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
