SHIFT/SCHEDULEThis role operates on the 3rd shift, following a 2‑week rotating 12‑hour schedule.
- Week 1: work Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
- The hours will be 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (12‑hour shift)
A structured 4–5‑day onboarding program will be scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the new employee’s first week.
POSITION SUMMARYAs a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help produce world‑class products behind well‑known brands. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure the production line runs smoothly. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
Approximate hourly pay is $24.00, including a $3.00 per hour shift differential. The compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
