Operate extrusion machines at or above standard levels of operation focusing on waste, quality, efficiency and utilization;
Trouble shoot, identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine;
Provide innovative solutions for production issues and support less experienced personnel;
Complete end of shift paperwork including crewing time, machine time, and production quantities;
Inspect product for defects and adjust machines to correct causes of defects;
Maintain housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines
