Blending Operator Overnight Shift

SHIFT/SCHEDULE

This role operates on the 3rd shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM (12-hour shift).

A structured 4–5-day onboarding program is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the first week.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will help make world-class products for well-known brands. You will work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure smooth operation of the production line. Attention to detail, teamwork and eagerness to learn are essential.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep the work area clean
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work (preferred)
• Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Hourly pay: $24.00* (includes a $3.00 / hour shift differential). Final compensation may vary based on skills and location.
