Blending Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift
At Nestlé Health Science, we believe that nutrition, science, and wellness must merge, not collide. Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
SHIFT / SCHEDULEThis role operates on the 3rd shift, Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (12‑hour shift).
ONBOARDING SCHEDULEAll new employees are expected to complete a structured 4–5 day onboarding program from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during their first week.
POSITION SUMMARYAs a Manufacturing Operator in our Blending Department, you will help produce world‑class products for well‑known brands. You will operate machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. Attention to detail, teamwork and a willingness to learn are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
- Complete quality checks and record data.
- Keep the work area clean.
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
- Comfortable using computers or tablets.
- Able to read, write, and understand English.
- Basic math and mechanical understanding.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented and dependable.
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.00, which includes a $3.00 hourly shift differential. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills and abilities.
