Novolex in Franklin Park, IL is hiring a Machine Operator Specialist for the 7am-7pm, 2-2-3 schedule. Starting pay range $26.75–$28.73 per hour, based on experience. This role requires hands-on operation of thermoforming equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
You will train on procedures and maintenance, inspect products, prepare shipping labels, palletize loads, and support line efficiency. Prior plastics manufacturing experience and ability to read a micrometer are preferred; benefits
