Are you an Operator / Technician with experience in blow molding, plastics, extrusion, packaging or a similar manufacturing environment, looking for a stable company offering excellent training, development and long-term progression?

The Role:- Operating and monitoring blow molding equipment
- Carrying out mold changes, machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Monitoring temperatures and process conditions
- Performing quality checks
- Working 12-hour rotating night shifts (3 on, 2 off, 4 on, 2 off)
- Experience in blow molding, plastics, extrusion, packaging or similar manufacturing
- Good mechanical understanding and hands-on machine experience
- Comfortable with basic troubleshooting
- Able to carry out quality checks
- Blow molding experience with Uniloy or Bekum is preferred (not essential)
