Title: Hospice Registered Nurse, RN

Location: Franklin Park, Illinois

Graham Healthcare Group, through Residential Home Health and Hospice, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Hospice team. This ongoing staff position requires 40 hours per week divided into 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
  • Provide nursing care to patients in Franklin Park, IL and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain accurate charting and meet critical documentation deadlines.
  • Travel to patient locations, spending approximately 20% of your day driving.
  • Use tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software for patient care and communication.
Qualifications
  • RN license in the state of employment.
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of the day.
  • Demonstrated time-management skills and ability to self-manage schedule.
  • Proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
  • Proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

The base salary range includes a first-year success bonus of up to $10,000. Higher end of the range is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work paid at a premium (after hours, weekends, on-call). Compensation potential varies by market.
