Manage great work shifts and complete administrative duties to support the RGM.;
In the absence of the RGM, provide leadership to ensure restaurant operations meet Taco Bell standards.;
Ensure Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food.;
Assist with facility maintenance and with hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads; ensure health and safety standards are met.;
Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile; provide feedback; follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies; read and respond to reports.
