Part-Time Retail Sales Representative

The Wireless Vision T‑Mobile Premium Retailer is looking for a Retail Sales Representative who is excited by the latest technology trends and is skilled at connecting with people.

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, answer phones and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, such as outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs and brand promotion inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Work with store management on opening, closing and operating the facility, including cash handling, inventory counts and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
• Share customer experience with the team and management.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area according to retail store standards.
• Assist customers with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales and process price plan changes and upgrades.
• Build customer confidence by making the experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.
• Engage in service selling and fit the customer with the appropriate total technology solution.
• Assist in other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by management.

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or a customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
• Completed high school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours on the sales floor.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
