TBSPRO1 is working with our client to find an Outside Parts and Lubricant Sales Executive in the Chicagoland area. Our client is a privately owned supplier of oil and heavy-duty truck parts and lubricants. They serve fleets and independent operators with a focus on reliability, value, and long-term customer relationships.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Outside Parts and Lubricant Sales Executive to grow new accounts and manage existing customers in the diesel and heavy-duty truck parts market. This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role for someone who understands automotive or truck parts, enjoys face-to-face selling, and can consistently deliver results.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and develop new customer accounts
  • Visit customers regularly to generate orders and build relationships
  • Contact 15–20 customers daily (calls and visits)
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
  • Follow up with all customers at least three times per month
  • Keep Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable information current
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive, diesel, or heavy-duty truck parts sales and/or lubricants
  • Background in B2B parts or service sales
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Strong knowledge of automotive or truck parts and lubricants
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Comfortable working independently in an outside sales role
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Base Salary: $52,000 (for the first 6 months; after 6 months, you’ll be straight commission earning 30% commission of net profit - with no cap in pay.)
  • Guaranteed commission/bonus structure (for the first 6 months)
