Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Account Executive role based in Franklin Park, IL, with the flexibility to work 3 days a week from home part of the time. The Sales Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of retail and commercial accounts by understanding client needs, presenting product solutions, and driving revenue. Daily activities include prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting sales calls or virtual meetings, and preparing quotes and proposals.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, product configurations, and order fulfillment, as well as tracking opportunities and activities in a CRM system. The Sales Account Executive will also monitor market trends, participate in sales meetings and training, and represent Se-Kure Controls in a professional, consultative manner.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Strong Account Management skills, with experience managing existing accounts, expanding business, and overseeing the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation capabilities tailored to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated Relationship Building skills, with a track record of establishing trust and long-term partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service mindset, with the ability to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, security, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to work both on-site in Franklin Park, IL and remotely, managing time and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel for trade shows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
