Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Engage with customers via events, online orders, and outbound calls.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No prior sales experience? Training provided.
Retail Sales Consultant earns between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
