• Usecamera inspections and diagnostic toolsto visually guide homeowners through the problem

• Accuratelylocateand map sewer linesusing advanced sonar equipment

• Collaborate with drain technicians and dispatch to deliver seamless service

• Prepare detailed job scopes, photos, and notes to ensuresmooth project execution

• Price jobs with a strong understanding of labor, materials, permits, and profitability

• Keep install crews busy by consistently generating quality project opportunities

• Educate homeowners onfinancing optionsto help them move forward

• Build referral opportunities and generateadditionalbusiness proactively

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approachalways

• Proven success in one-call close, in-home sales (drain/sewer experience preferred)

• Ability to clearly explain complex sewer issues in a way homeowners understand

• Strong communication, rapport-building, and closing skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
