Position Summary:

This position is responsible for advancing customer awareness and engagement for the SAI brand, product and after‑market service portfolio across priority industries. The role requires a demonstrated ability to drive effective customer communication and engagement, supported by strong strategic leadership to design and implement short‑term, mid‑term, and long‑term business development, customer and market penetration initiatives to play a critical role in strengthening SAI’s market presence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Expansion — Develop and execute multi‑year growth strategies targeting hyperscale cloud and AI infrastructure customers and partners across US.
  • Hyperscaler Relationship Leadership — Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and large enterprise compute buyers, GCs, EPCs and their partners.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership — Partner with SAI business unit leaders to understand their priority markets and growth opportunities and develop go‑to‑market penetration strategies and execution plans to secure multi‑year strategic orders for SAI.
  • Technical Solutioning — Translate hyperscaler and other priority industries’ product and service needs into viable solutions from SAI.
  • Market Intelligence — Track competitive landscape including product portfolio, pricing, lead time, capacity constraints and growth plans, and emerging industry and customer trends.
  • Executive Reporting — Present pipeline of customers and strategic recommendations to SAI Senior Leadership Team.
  • Partnership Development — Identify and develop emerging customers to establish long term partnerships.
  • Customer-First Mindset - Champion customer-first thinking in planning and execution across initiatives.

Qualifications,

Education and Experience
  • 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within data centers, cloud infrastructure, or large‑scale technology environments.
  • Proven track record selling to or partnering with hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of power procurement, cooling technologies, network architecture, and data center lifecycle.
  • Ability to influence and communicate with VP and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or engineering. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience working in cross‑function, matrixed environments
  • Possess a willingness to work occasional weekends and/or evenings and travel over 50% of the time in order to develop and manage a given sales territory

  • Proven track record of securing $100M+ orders with medium to large hyperscale/mission critical customers
  • Strategic thinking with a strong
    -customer centric mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear engagement strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Comfortable balancing long‑term company vision with hands on execution.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Starting at $150,000 per year
