• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems such as pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewer lines.
• Complete residential installations (fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.) to code and company standards.
• Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues.
• Clearly explain problems, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate estimates and document all work performed.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in customers’ homes and on job sites.
• Participate in on‑call or emergency service rotations as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, or safety and recommend upgrades when appropriate.

• 2+ years of residential plumbing or service experience.
• Valid plumbing license or apprentice/journeyman certification (Apprentice Sponsor ships Available!).
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective, long‑term solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment.
• Comfortable working in a variety of residential settings, including tight or confined spaces.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
