Overview

We are seeking skilled painters to join our team, with positions available on both day and night shifts. You will be responsible for painting commercial interiors on new construction and remodel projects. Each project will be guided by a foreman or a company employee, ensuring smooth completion of tasks. Responsibilities

• Prep, prime, and paint walls based on customer specifications.
• Flexibly adapt to varying job site durations and locations.
• Provide own painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, and painters whites.
• Prep and paint interior spaces for commercial and residential projects
• Clean, sand, patch, tape, and prime surfaces to ensure a flawless finish
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Follow project specs, color schemes, and finish requirements
• Work on a variety of jobs—from quick one-day projects to longer-term builds
• Collaborate with a foreman or team to complete projects efficiently.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of commercial painting experience (or 7+ years of residential experience)
• Proficiency in painting, paint prep, and commercial painting techniques
• Ability to drive to and from worksite locations within 40 miles from Franklin Park
• Experience with carpentry, taping, construction, and spray gun use is advantageous but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
