We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our residential service team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who excels at diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, completing high-quality repairs and installations, and providing homeowners with safe, efficient solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems
- Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems such as pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewer lines
- Complete residential installations (fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.) to code and company standards
- Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues
- Clearly explain problems, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner
- Provide accurate estimates and document all work performed
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in customers' homes and on job sites
- Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, or safety and recommend upgrades when appropriate
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years of residential plumbing or service experience
- Valid plumbing license or apprentice/journeyman certification (Apprentice Sponsor ships Available!)
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment
- Comfortable working in a variety of residential settings, including tight or confined spaces
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
