As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will assist in both the operational and administrative functions of receiving, loading, and preparing vehicles and general cargo for international shipping. This role blends hands‑on warehouse duties with office‑based responsibilities, ensuring efficient processing, documentation, and shipping of goods.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with receiving by inspecting the condition of vehicles and cargo, preparing and loading them into overseas shipping containers.
- Prepare cargo for export, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Load and unload cargo into/from overseas shipping containers.
- Receive cargo, issue condition reports, take photos, and maintain accurate records.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or designated areas. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and shipment documentation.
- Maintain and organize warehouse and work area to ensure safety and operational efficiency at all times.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by performing general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and other facility maintenance tasks as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
- Training will be provided.
- Forklift license preferred – must certify within first six months of hire.
- Experience in operation of a table saw, nail gun, and basic tools.
- Basic proficiency in English required to communicate with internal/external employees and customers. Ability to read, write, comprehend work‑related communication. Must understand basic instructions and guidelines and participate in training and assessments. Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to drive a stick‑shift vehicle and have a valid driver license.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment to meet shipping and receiving deadlines and operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Active listening skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills.
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively during each shift.
- Able to push, pull up to 2500 lbs using manual pallet jacks.
- Able to stoop, stretch, twist, bend, etc.
- Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests.
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must pass TSA eligibility screening.
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 8‑hour shift (Monday to Friday)
