** Key Responsibilities
** 1.
Work from blueprints, drawings, schedules written and/or verbal instructions. 2.
Oversee and/or fabricate, repair and install such items as counters, cabinets, crating boxes, walls pallets, offices building, ramps, locks, desks, chairs, glass, mirrors, roofing, carts, jigs, gates, fences and fixtures. 3.
Must be able to weld and pour concrete. 4.
Install, dismantle, reassemble and move large equipment requiring accuracy and care. 5.
Use a variety of carpentry and mechanical tools and equipment.
6.
Maintain restroom plumbing and fixtures. 7.
Repair doors and electrical door operators.
8.
Oversee and maintain sprinkler fire system. 9.
Oversee and maintain electrical and motor driven fire pumps. 10.
Maintain booster foam fire pumps. 11.
Maintain emergency lights generators. 12.
Follow all GMP, safety and company rules and regulations.
13.
Maintain necessary records. 14.
Assistant other maintenance crews. 15.
Move materials as necessary.
16.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

** Qualifications**: 1.
High School Diploma or GED 2.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred 3.
Must have excellent attendance 4.
Maintain a safe work environment 5.
Must be able to work overtime as required 6.
Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
7.
Ability to read and write.
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JOB:
** 1.
Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to perform carpentry work such as framing, putting up dry wall, hanging doors and laying tile. 2.
Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to paint utilizing paint brushes and rollers.
3.
Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to perform interior and exterior building repairs. 4.
Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to operate fork truck. 5.
Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to maintain fire systems. 6.
Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to assist within the maintenance department. 7.
Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to perform cleaning duties.
** Standing**: (Constant) Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to stand to complete various duties associated with essential job functions such as performing carpentry work, painting, performing plumbing work, completing building repairs, assisting maintenance department and performing cleaning duties.
** Walking**: (Frequent) Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to walk to complete various duties associated with essential job functions such as performing carpentry work, painting, performing plumbing work, completing building repairs, assisting maintenance department and performing cleaning duties.
** Sitting**: (Occasional) Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to sit to perform various duties associated with essential job functions such as operating fork truck.
** Lifting**: (Frequent) Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to waist height of 32 inches to complete various duties associated with essential job functions such as placing lumber on work bench and assisting within the maintenance department.
** Carrying**: (Occasional) Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to complete side and/or front carries with materials weighing up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 20 feet complete various duties associated with essential job functions such as carrying lumber to/from work site and to work table from rack.
** Pushing/Pulling:** (Occasional) Facilities Maintenance Technician must be able to generate push and pull forces of 50 pounds to complete various tasks such as pushing carts of lumber.
