Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and reliable Move & Pack Lead/Driver to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading moving teams and managing warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality storage experience for our customers.
Schedule- Hours:
Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. - Schedule:
Clutter operates 7 days a week; schedules vary weekly based on business needs. Weekend availability is required. - Full time: at least 5 days per week, 40 hours per week.
- Lead and drive a team of 2–3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse, using mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies through frequent quality audits and maintaining high work quality in the warehouse and customer residences.
- At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a physical exam.
- Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications.
- Strong physical stamina: able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for an 8‑hour shift.
- Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor, or customer service environments.
- Base hourly rate of $25.75 per hour, with digital and cash tips and bonus potential linked to positive online reviews.
- Overtime available at 1.5x hourly pay based on business needs.

Reasonably expected salary range: $48,600.00 – $60,800.00. Salary may vary based on factors including location. Where state, municipal, or other minimum wages exceed the federal minimum, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
