  Assist with the upkeep of the grounds and mechanical areas, ensuring they are safe, orderly, and clean.

While a high school diploma with technical or vocational training is preferred, and hotel experience is advantageous, it's your general knowledge in carpentry, painting, and electrical work that will set you apart. We seek effective communicators who can work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the Kemper Insurance Red Tag System and the ability to drive a pick-up truck are bonuses.

Be prepared for physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
