Description
We are currently looking for a cleaning technician. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently, take pride in a job well done, be reliable, professional and responsible, and have some experience in strata buildings (training also provided).
Duties and Responsibilities- Litter pickup
- Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture
- Removing garbage and recycling
- Vacuuming carpets
- Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
- Sanitizing/restocking bathrooms
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc.
- Keeping janitor room clean and tidy
Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 1pm – 4 hours each day.
Position Qualifications- Excellent work ethic and great attitude
- Ability to speak, understand, and read English
- Friendly approach
- Excellent customer service
- Bonus: past experience in residential strata buildings
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check
