Maintenance Technician

Overview

• Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, perform routine maintenance duties and other related tasks as assigned
• Assist with service requests, make-ready, pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenance
• Perform on-call after-hours service on a scheduled rotation, handle emergency requests, and participate in a full Saturday rotation with the service team
• Maintain up-to-date inventories of parts, tools, and equipment, maintenance logs and records, employee schedules, and warranty lists
• Ensure positive resident relations by responding to requests in a friendly, professional manner within designated time frames
• Foster a strong customer service mindset among co-workers
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all applicable safety policies and procedures
• Assist Maintenance Director with other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians)
• All certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions (for all Service Technicians)
• Current valid driver’s license
