Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Skill Set Group  is seeking an experience Facilities Supervisor to work in the Franklin, TN area. This position will be overseeing a small maintenance team responsible for all maintenance & repairs for a large corporate/commercial campus. The chosen candidate must have hands-on experience handling all day-to-day maintenance repairs, work delegation for in a Class A commercial office building environment. Experience as a Chief Engineer, knowledge of CMMS systems, and any relevant certifications is a plus.

A valid TN driver's license is required.
This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Hours: 7AM-530PM, Mon-Fri, OT as needed.

• Five to seven years of hands-on experience supporting commercial properties, facility operations, building systems, or engineering-related maintenance functions.
• Experience directing the daily work of maintenance personnel, outside contractors, service providers, or skilled-trades teams within a commercial, industrial, institutional, corporate, or hospitality environment.
• Broad working knowledge of critical facility infrastructure, including heating and cooling equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, building automation, fire protection, life-safety equipment, and general property maintenance.
• Proven judgment in evaluating equipment or facility issues, determining urgency, assigning appropriate resources, and coordinating repairs while maintaining safe and reliable operations.
• Ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, operating procedures, equipment histories, compliance records, and accurate work-order documentation.
