Location:

NHC Place at Cool Springs, Franklin, TN 37067

Position Highlights:

Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment.
Keep records of work performed.
Coordinate work with other departments so as not to interrupt patient care or normal business functions.
Able to be on call for emergencies.
Perform or direct duties concerned with maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc. May include gardening, landscaping, cleaning-up, snow removal, etc. (except that performed under service contract).

Experience:

Maintenance experience preferred, not required
H-VAC experience preferred, not required
High school graduate or graduate of a technical school.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Knowledge of local codes and ordinances. Knowledge of safety regulations.
