Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Offering $500 hiring bonus to be paid 90 days after hire.

The Facilities Associate  isresponsibleformaintainingall Grace Worksphysicalpropertiesincludingbuildings and equipmentutilizedfor operations of the ministry.

Thisinvolvesorganizingandcoordinatingrepairs andupgradeprojectstobe completed either personally, through volunteers, or bypaid partner service companies.

The Facilities Associate  position alsoassistsin the management of warehouse storage spacesfor food supplies, in‑kind donations, and Manger inventory.

• Maintain warehouse,assisting with storage of food/retail/Mangeritems.
• Maintainandoperateequipmentinthewarehouse,suchaslifttrucksorpalletjacks, power tools, etc.
• Overseerepairstothefacilityasneededandoccasionalrepairofslightlydamagedfurnituretobesold.
• Participateincampus safety initiatives &lead inmaintainingOSHA workplace standards.
• Confirmall safety procedures andequipmenttobefollowedandmaintained.
• Coordinatecommunicationswithcleaningserviceforcompliance, supplies, and special cleaning requests.
• Workwith service contractors tofacilitatemaintenance, upkeep, andrepairof Grace-Healthcare

Regular supervision of volunteer groupsworkingonfacilitiesprojects.

High School Diploma or GED required;

Valid Driver’s License Required

The position is ina warehouse settingthatinvolveseveryday risks ordiscomfortsrequirenormalsafetyprecautions.
