Location:
Franklin, TN 37067 (Cool Springs / Nissan Way area)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Shift &
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (25 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
• General Cleaning:
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across assigned facility areas.
• Waste Management:
Empty trash, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
• Floor Care:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpeted areas daily.
• Sanitation:
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and breakrooms.
• Teamwork:
Perform additional general cleaning duties as directed by the site supervisor.
What We're Looking For
•
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience.
•
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and comfortably stand, bend, and walk for a 5-hour shift.
• Reliability:
Dependable transportation to the 1 Nissan Way location and a strong history of punctuality.
• Background Check:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
