GDI Ainsworth in Franklin, TN seeks a Lead Building Technician to guide a maintenance team and perform routine and specialized tasks across buildings, equipment and grounds.
You will inspect premises, oversee preventative maintenance, handle repairs, and coordinate with outside contractors to ensure quality and safety.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in commercial maintenance, and leadership experience; proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook is expected.
