Position Overview

Laborers interact directly with our customers and partners as we strive to donate and recycle as many of the items we remove for our residential and commercial customers as possible. Each crew is a two-person crew, so drivers will be directly involved in physically removing the items, as well.

• Hourly base ($21+ per hour)
• Customer-service tips
• Signing bonus (full-time positions, only)

• “Onboard a Friend” bonus (if a friend gets hired and works 3 months, you get a $250 bonus)

• Communicate effectively with our valued customers, partners, and teammates
• Create quotes and sell our services to prospective customers
• Remove items from homes and businesses, which may require some bagging, heavy lifting, and some demolition work (all necessary equipment provided)

• A valid Driver's License
• 2 years of violation-free and accident-free driving
• For insurance purposes only, you must be a minimum of 24 years old in order to drive our trucks

The Junkluggers is a caring, eco-friendly alternative to traditional junk removal. Our mission is to enhance lives, our communities, and the environment by donating, recycling, upcycling, and supporting local charities. The amount of household and commercial waste that ends up in landfills on a daily basis is astronomical.
