Laborer SAT

Position Overview

This is a Saturday-only opportunity, two or three Saturdays per month. Laborers interact directly with our customers and partners as we strive to donate and recycle as many items as possible. Each crew is a two-person crew, so drivers are directly involved in physically removing the items.

• Hourly base ($20+ per hour)
• Customer-service tips
• Signing bonus (full-time positions only)

• Communicate effectively with our valued customers, partners, and teammates.
• Create quotes and sell our services to prospective customers.
• Remove items from homes and businesses, which may require some bagging, heavy lifting, and some demolition work (all necessary equipment provided).

• A valid Driver’s License.
• 2 years of violation-free and accident-free driving.
• Minimum age 24 for insurance purposes to operate our trucks.
