Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Franklin, WI 53132

Pay Range: Up to $90,000 + 10% target bonus

What's the Job?

• Supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.
• Collaborate with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to enhance employee safety and production quality.
• Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems and utilities.
• Implement corrective actions based on key maintenance performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations in maintenance operations.

  What's Needed?

  • Proven supervisory experience in a maintenance role.
  • Working knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, PLC, cooling towers, and ammonia compressors.
  • Experience with electronics, instrumentation, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage and develop maintenance personnel effectively.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
