Responsibilities

How you'll make an impact in this role

* Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.

* Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.

* Responds to after-hours emergencies, manages power outage procedures, and strictly follows safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Coordinates with personnel regarding work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operating condition.

* Dedicates 20% of the role to participating in meetings, training workshops, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

What minimum requirements you'll need

License:

* EPA Certification (level II preferred)

Must have one or more of the following:

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Graduate of trade school

Work Experience:

* 3 years of related experience

* Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience
