As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for maintaining a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors to ensure members experience a positive first and last impression. Your role requires you to be constantly on your feet, perform maintenance tasks, and maintain a positive attitude to deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders when supplies are low.
