Lead and participate in painting projects for industrial and commercial clients on both new construction and existing buildings;
Perform interior wall painting as the primary focus, with additional exterior painting as required;
Operate and maintain HPLV airless sprayers on large industrial projects;
Perform surface preparation activities, including cleaning, sanding, masking, patching, and priming surfaces prior to painting;
Handle job site cleanup and maintain a tidy, safe work environment; collaborate with a team to meet deadlines
