Sterling Engineering is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our Franklin, WI team. This direct-hire, first-shift role offers hands-on maintenance of facility and production equipment in a modern manufacturing environment.
You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, read manuals and schematics, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Overtime is available when needed.
