Essential duties include organizing and maintaining written customer call schedules, prospecting for new accounts, managing a list of active deals, providing quotes for purchases, conducting machine appraisals, assisting in the collection of payments, and continuously enhancing and maintaining product knowledge.
Physical requirements include the ability to move objects weighing up to 75 pounds, maneuverability over construction sites for up to 8 hours/day, proficiency in operating a motor vehicle day or night, demonstrating equipment safety practices, and maneuvering over and under equipment.
Education and qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license and insurable driving record, self-motivation with basic computer skills, strong analytical and mathematical aptitude, excellent communication skills, minimum of two years of sales or industry-related experience, professional appearance, good language and social skills.
Working conditions include working in both indoor and customer remote locations, encountering potential hazards from electrical, mechanical, and power equipment, as well as exposure to extremes of weather.

Compensation package includes base salary plus competitive commission structure.
