While working as a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician for Adecco at our local Customer in Frederick, MD, you will earn $28.00 per hour and receive a weekly paycheck. This position is located in Frederick, MD and offers a great opportunity to support a complex biotechnology manufacturing and mission-critical infrastructure environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and utility systems in a GMP-regulated biotechnology manufacturing environment.

+ Monitor and support mission-critical infrastructure, including CRAC units, UPS systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure continuous site operations.

+ Respond to critical alarms, execute emergency repairs and system recovery activities, and maintain accurate GMP documentation, SOPs, work orders, and maintenance records following GDP and ALCOA+ standards.

+ Support commissioning, qualification, audits, and inspections while providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship to lower-level maintenance personnel.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 6-8 years of facilities or utilities maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a GMP-regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing environment.

+ Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, utility systems, IT data center infrastructure, CRAC units, UPS systems, BMS, and CMMS platforms.

+

Experience with GMP documentation, SOPs, preventative maintenance programs, work order management, emergency response, and critical system recovery.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license required. Advanced troubleshooting skills and compliance with FDA, EH&S, cGMP, and ISO regulations are essential.
