We’re hiring a Maintenance Assistant - a hands‑on team member who helps ensure our community is safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. This role blends technical skill, attention to detail, and a heart for service.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the community in excellent condition
- Support safety, cleanliness, and functionality across all areas of the property
- Work under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations
- Assist with repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience in hospital, institutional, or multi‑unit residential settings
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Comfortable working around animals and pets

Part Time, AM shift, Saturday and Sunday
Anticipated pay range
$20 - $23 USD
