ResponsibilitiesPerform regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing for hot tubs and pools before each guest arrival.
Inspect units during turnovers to ensure all systems are functioning properly and meet company cleanliness standards.
Document and report any issues that may affect guest satisfaction or safety.
Diagnose and repair problems with pumps, heaters, blowers, filters, plumbing, and control panels.
Perform leak detection, component replacement, and minor electrical troubleshooting.
Conduct seasonal tasks such as winterizing, opening, and system deep cleaning.
Property SupportCoordinate closely with property management to prioritize urgent service requests between guest stays.
Maintain accurate service logs and communicate clearly about any issues preventing same‑day readiness.
Help maintain inventory of chemicals, filters, and replacement parts.
Customer & Team InteractionOccasionally respond to urgent guest concerns related to hot tub or pool operation.
Provide friendly, professional communication when interacting with guests, homeowners, or management.
Required- Experience in hot tub or pool maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical trades.
- Strong understanding of chemical balancing, water quality, pumps, and filtration systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in outdoor conditions year-round.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Field-based across multiple vacation rental properties throughout Deep Creek.
- Fast-paced, especially during peak seasons and weekends.
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including winter.
