Job Description ###

Job Summary You are the foundation to our company success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.### Responsibilities
* Handles the arrival of merchandise and determines the suitable storage spot for each item.
* Adjusts the arrangement of pick and flow lines within the warehouse in anticipation of order selection tasks.
* Ensures that products are placed in quantities that can cater to regular or unique requests.
* Demonstrates a commitment to meticulousness by ensuring that all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other designated spaces, receive proper attention to detail.
* -Shifts goods from the receiving zone to their proper locations. Combines items into picking containers when needed.
* Securely places products in cartons and totes, confirms the inclusion of shipping labels, and marks the containers with truck route and stop numbers.
* Secures and enhances the smooth movement and tracking of incoming, outgoing, and stored items in the warehouse.
* Upholds inventory accuracy by adhering to system guidelines.
* Collects orders following the predetermined sequence indicated on the delivery run list.
* Monitors and records the quantities of materials or items that enter or leave.
* Executes end-of-shift activities such as recharging power machinery and checking completed tasks.
* Ensures the work area is orderly by relocating supplies and merchandise to their assigned positions.
* Follow the specified work techniques, safety directives, and procedural guidelines in accordance with company standards. Confirm the safety of the workspace and promptly address any unsafe incidents.
* Execute any supplementary obligations as directed.

Required Qualifications:

* An equivalent to a high school diploma or GED is necessary for eligibility
* Being able to work the scheduled shifts and any extra hours required is a key expectation for this role
* Having the capacity to remain upright, move, extend, and elevate on a repetitive basis throughout the day
* Skilled at elevating, organizing, and taking out goods from shelves, as well as replenishing items, from different levels, with weights that vary from 10 to 35 pounds, and generally reaching up to between about 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the venue, during the work shift
* Skilled in working in multiple temperature zones, such as cold storage, freezer, and dry settings
* Meet obligations of post-employment drug screening and criminal record check###

Preferred Qualifications
* A half-year background in warehouse and distribution operations
