* Qualifications:

*** 2+ years of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role
* Experience with
** automated systems, conveyors, or robotics
** preferred* Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
* ** Hands-on
** experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issues
* Basic to intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use systems/software to track and manage work
* Strong attention to detail with a
** focus on quality and accuracy
*** Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment

** Responsibilities:
*** Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and Auto Store system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise
* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly
* Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
* Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces
* Support day-to-day facility needs, including associate moves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasks
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services (landscaping, janitorial, waste removal, etc.)
* Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas, including storage, warehouse, and maintenance spaces; properly maintain and store tools and equipment
