Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented housekeeper to join our team at our banquet facility. The housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and well‑maintained, including banquet hall, restrooms, bridal and groom suites, and public areas. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position will be a housekeeper during the week and after events. The hours will typically be early mornings on weekends, and some weekdays.

Hours:

6–25 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including banquet hall, restrooms, bridal suites, and public areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste.
  • Restock supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  • Notify management of any repairs or maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Requirements
    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, early mornings.
    • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
