The Maintenance Director will be responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and knowledgeable about general building maintenance and regulatory requirements within a healthcare setting.

- Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance
