• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• 2-4 years: print, direct mail, inserting, and/or fulfillment industry experience
• 2 years: electronic and mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment

• Ensure machines are running at peak efficiency through proper setup, adjustment, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Set up, operate, and maintain mail inserter equipment following schedules, samples, and instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure adequate materials are available for assigned jobs.
• Check output for quality and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Verify materials against production orders or samples for proper stock number/code.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, including cleaning, checking, and inspecting equipment.
• Train operators on basic machine operations and troubleshooting minor issues.
