Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant

The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant is expected to work 20-40 hours per week. The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant must clock in and out when at work.

The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant's duties include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to the overall guest experience through landscaping and maintenance of the outside and inside guest areas.
• Adhere to all Hoffman Haus operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions.
• Assist Head of Maintenance regarding general landscaping and maintenance needs.
• Empty trash and collect recycling.
• Clean and maintain all public locations on the property, including exterior lighting and windows.
• Assist with cleaning interior windows, lighting and other hard-to-reach places.
• Maintain all exterior landscaping.
• Assist with moving furniture and other heavy items.
• Set up and break down furniture and deliverables for events.
• Any and all other duties not listed here.

Requirements:

• Groundskeeping and maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to and over 60 pounds
• Able to maintain a clean personal appearance at all times.
• Must be able to work during peak times, including on the weekends and during holidays.
