Team Member, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Full training is provided to develop individuals seeking this position. Experience preferred but is not necessary. You will be required to clean as you are trained consistently at each home providing excellence in quality cleanings and customer service. Completing paperwork and making sure your team has cleaned each house thoroughly before leaving. We work in Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania. Must provide transportation to each job site.

An economical car is recommended and gas allowance will be provided weekly. Hourly pay, tips and incentives for a job well done.

Full training is provided and experience is helpful but not necessary. You will only need to provide transportation to and from work, not during work. Occasionally there may be a need to drive to the homes if the Team Leader is unable and gas allowance will be provided weekly if you choose to do help in that manner. A Team member works as a team with the Team Leader to ensure each home is cleaned thoroughly with excellence.

This position requires computer experience. Will work with Microsoft and Quickbooks. Must be able to type at least 30 wpm. You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, organizing the team's schedules and general office duties. Must be dependable, organized and have excellent customer service skills.

This position is handing out promotional flyers in Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania. Keeping accurate records. Economical car needed. Gas allowance provided.
